About the project
Northwest Labor Industries is a junk removal company in Seattle. After our campaign it now has hundreds of five star Google and Yelp reviews. The removal company has over 17 years with hot tub removal alone! We knew this would make a great unique selling point.
The Challenge
North West Labor Industries’ objective was to increase their removals by improving their local and organic search results.
- Most of the competition in the junk removal was in local results.
- Their competition had plenty of people visiting their website.
- People would search their junk company on Google and that was it.
But what their competitor was missing content. Instead of having a page for each service, they relied a lot on their brand name.
This challenge turned into a opportunity for Northwest labour industries.
The Strategy
Step 1 - Website Redesign
Recognizing the need for a more appealing and user-friendly website, we opted for a redesign, particularly focusing on the homepage. Opting for a modern and professional look, we introduced a clear navigation menu for simple navigation. The service pages underwent a redesign, each dedicated to a specific service within Seattle. This included services for Everett, Lynnwood and more.
Step 2 - Local SEO Foundations
To show up for results in their local area, we made sure to optimise their Google My Business Profile. Our local SEO strategy included updating information, business descriptions, weekly posting, and encouraging clients to leave positive reviews, as a result boosting their rankings.
Step 3 - SEO and Copy Boost
A key aspect of achieving more leads, calls, and removal bookings is establishing a well-defined conversion funnel on the website. One of the main changes was adding Calls to Action (CTAs) throughout the site. These CTAs guide customers to prompt a call, as encouraged by a free estimate.
